Sorry, I do not know how to live in Seattle, but I like the Lolita style. If you are hard enough to search everywhere, you can always find something at least semi-Lolita. Savings can dirndl skirts, shirts with Peter Pan collars, skirts, stockings, socks, almost no head. Or you can do what I do and my own clothes. If you do you will find online tutorials can be found looking for skirts. I have some beautiful things in the GAP Macey, Dot, and, surprisingly, o__e
