LOL i'v done before I use a wooden stick and Piper Room lollipop sticks, and carefully cut into the sidewall, and the Council of the curved ramp. Especially on thin MDF wood, cardboard hardish used (thin enough to bend without wrinkles), lollipop sticks, clubs and useful, which is available from many hardware stores. They are generally used for the same between the edges of the carpet and wall. You probably need a saw and a base of the saw for curves, unless you have something better.
PVA wood glue, I stick them all together, not the cheap white-tailed children play with him, but wood glue is sufficient. Wood glue probably too much work.
