I watched a TV vet, and it makes sense: Make sure if you think you feel closer to the cats in the first place, and you can approach the child. When he approaches you, not more of the elderly. Feeding the Old was the first love of the first senior citizens, etc., and if his attention on how Miss Gray, you ignore the "intruders" in their world.
Not neglect the younger, more recently, her second little one. I understand that does not sound "fair" and it went against my grain, but explained that these animals are "fair" is not a concept for them. We are the ones that we observe. For them, the more you get the first glance, food, etc.
Anyway, he tried, works like a dream.
Good luck!

Its normal .... Cheyenne only territorial .... Lola you know who's boss!
I also believe that you make sure that dishes and litter boxes in different locations must be kept.
Give him some time, Cheyenne is familiar with the idea that Lola used.

I agree to give him time. If you are struggling too, so we want to separate them. It is difficult to distinguish a cat, a litter and another for another use. It will be difficult for some time. I had an adult cat who came and went, and we have a kitten. The older cat kitten came to tolerate, but never "best buds". The older cat to continue to fall, because the kitten. Your cat may not have the close ties that have other cats. Good luck!

To do nothing is normal.
All territorial actors.
The older cat is the only protection that is responsible for so long. Lola and you use to get the forms to Cheyenne.
In fact, they are the greatest comic Lola topics.

Each time a new cat into the house with another cat should remain first separate the two. The new cat can be confined to one room and the cats can get to know each other smells, and sounds into / through the door. When it's time to get new cat to get some exercise and attention, because old cat alone in a room separate them. Gradually they will get used to it, they can be together. Leave them alone until they fight. You can also use a towel and rub to both sides get their back and forth between the two a few times, they used to the smells of the other. I know it sounds strange, but it will help them to adjust.

Cats really do not get jealous. If it hisses at you is because she is stressed. Do not take it personally. In addition, two cats, it's easier to have two litter boxes.

Moreover, your adult cat, you probably will not play, but the younger generation to learn it, and leave him alone. Soon, sleep and eat togetherIng side by side. But it only takes a few times.

Put the cat with the cats then claim that no future and without it, then try your adult cat in the box Liitto the kitten.

It is likely that the situation will not change. The adult cat can tolerate the younger cat, but it is doubtful, Cheyenne, will never play with Lola. Finally, Lola learn not to try to play with the adult cat. If Cheyenne had not maliciously attacked Lola Lola would spend much time at the vet. Probably looks more violent than it is. Cheyenne is Lola says she alone. Too much of a difference in age at Cheyenne. In the end, I have three cats, ages 1-4, and that all together and play with them. If I had an old cat in the mix, as is often the case.
