As an evangelist for all PTC TabletPC always recommend go mobile. Although generally not as powerful as a desktop replacement notebook normally, pen and ink features that make them more comparable, especially not in the specialized software to make the pen-centric.

Fine Air Mac are machines, no doubt, but picked up commitments are simply too important for me. No removable battery RJ45/Cat5 compound and kill me. I understand Apple's reasoning for the obligations that the elements are required for each machine that counts.

Other PWC view of numerous new models and very bright, HP. Although they are lighter (PTC slate attached keyboard) from companies such as movement or the Sahara, but are $ $.

Many TPC information here:

I personally do not like Macs can not recommend the MacBook. If you want to Lenovo, then go with him. Otherwise, I'll throw some more light on how many computers.

These are all less than 5 pounds and more! More information can be found on this site, I buy all my hardware from them. Fast delivery and prices nearly unbeatable.

You can also consider the Lenovo ThinkPad X300

A little more than air, but no visual, etc. built on more than 1 USB port and uses no hard drive i-Pod.

For small thing you might check the Lenovo IdeaPad U110 too. Small screen, but very light and comes with two batteries - a great resistance and a smaller one for weight.
