I wish there was a way to show me. I Excel. First, I Shrunk the cells to use all of the cells and ranges to match the size of the room, then merge the cells and remove the network of 5 square meters, representing a table. I wrote the names of the guests, with 2.5 m spacing between the tables for the maneuverability. When I can not print it (something that has to do, but it contributes to the visual effect), I drew a circle in the square panel display. I suppose it sounds silly, but it worked for me.
To www.weddingchannel.com
You have a room for the guest list and help with seating
It has many good ideas for something different to the wedding
Oh, that's too free

http://www.confetti.co.uk - Wedding Search, and select "Planning Tools. It is a cold table planning tool available.
I hope that helps.
Smartdraw.com used. a website editor. You can do everything on the measurement and decide how you want.
First I started with www.theknot.com, but then only with an Excel spreadsheet. It was much easier to manage for me. Simply copy number of the table in the first row header and end of each column with the guests. When I needed to use copy and paste to move the name.

"Well, I am a girl of low-technology in many ways.
Post-it notes made smaller, and even flags. I have a lot of places, and have always used a computer. They are easy to move and change, and cheap!
I propose, first strike. Best for you!
